IWC Aquatimer IW378101

The Aquatimer Cousteau is a tribute to the legendary father of modern diving, Jacques-Yves Cousteau. Cousteau not only found fame through his films depicting the ocean’s depths, but also by co-inventing the aqualung, the same system used today by scuba divers that allows them to breathe air through a mouthpiece rather than a sealed suit. In 1974, Cousteau founded the Cousteau Society to protect and improve the habitats of aquatic creatures, an organisation IWC has been involved with since 2004. This glorious blue and orange commemorative special edition features an image of a diver among the fishes on the caseback.
